DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within  5 business days for products that are in stock.   Deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays in processing your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping times will depend on which shipping option you choose.  The cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If your chosen carrier has delays in delivery for any reason at all, Ageless Cures is not liable.

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Ageless Cures will ship to the address requested by you (the customer) but packages will be tracked only till the destination address.  If you do not receive your package, contact the provider of your PO Box or APO/FPO address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships from our facility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ageless Cures is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties etc.)

Ageless Cures will not be responsible for the time it takes for your package to clear customs in your country.  

Ageless Cures is not responsible for packages that are denied entry into your country by your customs.

Damages

Ageless Cures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at service@agelesscures.com to file a claim.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Ageless Cures ships to most, but not all, international locations at our discretion.
