1) What is the difference between Turmeric and Curcumin?

Curcumin is an extract of the active component of Turmeric. The curcumin content is only 3-4% of Turmeric. e.g. 100 grams of Turmeric yields 3gms to 4gms of Curcumin.

2)What is Curcuma Longa?

Curcuma Longs is the botanical name for Turmeric. It is often mistaken for Curcumin by the consumer because the name sounds similar.

3)How much Curcumin should I take?

Curcumin is an organic herb and dosage is quite different from pharmaceuticals. There is no “one size fits all”. It is best to contact you’re your Healthcare provider who can assist in answering this question.

4)Why does Ageless Cures website not have links to research regarding Curcumin?

The Food and Drug Administration does not all this information on a retailers website. This information is easily found online when you search Curcumin and…… whatever your specific condition.

5)How does Ageless Cures Curcumin differ from other brands?

It has become fairly common practice to blend Curcumin with Curcuma Longa (Turmeric Root). This dilutes the product substantially and you would have to take multiple tablets to get the same amount of Curcumin as Ageless Cures Curcumin products. Ageless Cures does not blend Curcumin with Turmeric. All our products are 95% pure Curcumin.
