This position will primarily support the merchandising and retail partnership functions within the NBA`s Global Partnerships Group, reporting to the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Global Partnerships. The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of matters, including the negotiation and drafting of licensing and service agreements, as well as the provision of legal and business support to the NBA`s Global Partnerships and Growth & Media groups. The Grants and Data Administrator is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance and management of the Foundation`s data and grants. The Grants and Data Administrator works closely with the Foundation`s IT consultants, colleagues, and applicants to ensure that all grants comply with IRS regulations as well as all financial and legal requirements for public foundations. In addition, the Grants and Data Administrator will manage and maintain documentation of grant policies and procedures to ensure that they allow for the collection and analysis of data required by the Board of Directors and senior management.
